AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
TRUSSLER/STOBIE FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, '
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY
OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of TRUSSLER/STOBIE FIRST ADDITION located
on a parcel of land on the west side of "F" Street Northeast in the 700 block,
to the City of Auburn, which plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn, Washington, and which, plat is a plat of the following described
property, to-wit:

King County, State of WA desc as fall: Beg at the NW
cor of sd Sec 18, th.E alg the N In of sd Sec 18,
a distance of 1550.19 ft to a pt 458.99 ft E of the

Primary Hwy #5; th S 659.25 ft m/1 to the S In of the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of sd Sec 18 and the
TPOB of this des.c; th Wly alg sd S In a distance of
374.77 ft; th N a dist of 300.00 ft; th. E a dist of
374.77 ft; th S a dist of 300.00 ft to the TPOB Except
the N 175.00 ft of the E 25.00 ft conveyed to the City
of Auburn under recording number 5451812. Less the S
210 ft of the W 118 ft and the S 100 ft and the S 151
ft of the E 122 ft thof, subject to and/or togw all
easements as delineated on Auburn Short Plat No. SP-24-77
also known as Lot 4 of Auburn Short Plat No. SP-24-77

Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PIAT OF TRUSSLER/STOBIE FIRST ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CL1TX OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN.
