AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, REPEALING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE NO. 13.04.110 SUB SECTION A, RELATING TO WATER SERVICE
INSTALLATION FEES AND CREATING A NEW AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE
NO. 13.04.110 SUB SECTION A.'
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance No. 13.04.110 Sub Section
A is herewith repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. There is herewith created a new Auburn Codified City Ordinance
No. 13.04.110 Sub Section A, relating to Water Service Installation Fees which
shall read as follows:
"13.04.110 Service installation fees.
A. The fees for the installation of water service installed by the
city as provided in this chapter shall be as follows:
Service Meter Unsurfaced Paved or Oil
Size Size Street Surfaced Street

3/4 5/8 x 3/4 $ 350.00 $ 450.00
1 1 400.00 500.00
1-1/2 1-1/2 750.00 850.00
2 2 1,200.00 1,300.00
The fees for the installation of a water meter installed by
the city and service installed by the developer as provided
in this chapter shall be as follows:

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
