AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, REPEALING SECTION 1 OF AUBURN
CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3573 (PASSED DECEMBER 1, 1980) AND CREATING A NEW
SECTION 1 THEREOF, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF
ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY, SITUATED ON THAT PORTION OF LAND DESIGNATED
AS A PUBLIC ALLEY RUNNING BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND STREET N.E., WEST
OF AUBURN AVENUE, AND SITUATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF

0_ FOLLOWS:
cloI Section 1. Section 1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 3573, passed December
( 1, 1980, is herewith repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. There is herewith created a new Section 1 which shall read
as follows:
"Section 1. That the following described portion of a certain alley
right-of-way situated on that portion of land designated as a public alley
running between 1st and 2nd Street N.E., west of Auburn Avenue, within the
corporate limits of the City of Auburn, Washington, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 3,
Supplemental Plat of Ballards Park Addition to Slaughter
as recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, page 85, records of
King County, Wash.; thence east along the south line of
Lots 4, 5 and 6, 150.00 feet; thence south parallel with
the west line of said Block 3, 30.00 feet; thence west
parallel with the south line of Lots 4, 5 and 6, 30.00
feet; thence north parallel with the west line of Block
3, 18 feet; thence west parallel with the south line of
Lots 4, 5 and 6, 120.00 feet; thence north 12.00 feet
to the point of beginning, situate in the City of Auburn,
King County, Washington.
be and the same is hereby vacated, and the property lying in said portion of a
certain alley right-of-way described hereinabove, shall be returned and belong to
the abutting property owners, of said portion of a certain alley right-of-way
located on that portion of land designated as a public alley running between 1st
and 2nd Street N.E., west of Auburn Avenue, lying within the corporate limits of
the City of Auburn.

Section 3. Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded
in the office of the King County Auditor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of ordinance No. 3628 of the
ordinances of the city of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, REPEALING SECTION 1 OF AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3573 (PASSED
DECEMBER 1, 1980) AND CREATING A NEW SECTION 1 THEREOF, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING
FOR THE VACATION OF ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY, SITUATED ON THAT PORTION OF LAND DESIGNATED
AS A PUBLIC ALLEY RUNNING BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND STREET N.E., WEST OF AUBURN AVENUE,
AND SITUATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AUBURN."
I certify that said ordinance No. 3628 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 20th day of
April A.D., 1981
I further certify that said ordinance No. 3628 was published as provided
by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the City of
Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 26th day of April
A.D., 19 81
