ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 3 2
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
NICKELSEN ADDITION TO THE CITY.OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH
THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of Nickelsen Addition located at the southwest
corner of 7th and "F" Street N.E., to the City of Auburn, which plat is on file
with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, and which plat is a plat
of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Short Plat No. 24-77 recorded under recording No.
8007160513, amended by instrument recorded under recording
No. 8012010863, and being a re-record of short plat No. 24-77,
recorded under recording No.'s 7801120643 and 7802080969;
situate in the County of King, State of Washington, subject
to and/or together with all easements delineated on said
Short Plat No. 24-77 also subject to utility easement as
recorded under A.F. No. 8108050556
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn; be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance Shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of ordinance No. 3632 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, NASHINGION, APPROVING THE PIAT OF NICKELSEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PIAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3632 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 18th day of
