AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, REPEALING SECTION 1 OF AUBURN
CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3572 (PASSED DECEMBER 1, 1980), AND CREATING
A NEW SECTION 1 THEREOF, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION
OF ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY, SITUATED ON THAT PORTION OF LAND DESIGNATED
AS A PUBLIC ALLEY RUNNING BETWEEN "C" AND "D" STREET N.W., NORTH OF
WEST MAIN STREET, AND SITUATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
C FOLLOWS:

to Section 1. Section 1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 3572, passed December
q4 1, 1980, is herewith repealed in its entirety.

CQ Section 2. There is herewith created a new Section 1 thereof,,which shall
read as follows:
I , "Section 1. That the following described portion of a certain alley right-
of-way situated on that portion of land designated as a public alley running between
"C" and "D" Street N.W., north of West Main Street, within the corporate limits
of the City of Auburn, Washington, and more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the alley lying north of West
Main Street between "C" and "D" Streets N.N.
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 16,
Block 7, Meades 2nd Addition to Slaughter as
recorded in Vol 7 of Plats, pg 63, records of
King County, WA; thence north along the east
line of said Block 7 to the northeast corner of
Lot 10 of said Block 7, thence easterly to the
northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 3 of Ballards
Park and Replat of Block 3, 1st Addition, both
of Slaughter as recorded in Vol 3 of Plats, pg
91, records of King County, WA: thence south
along the west line of said Block 3 to the south-
west corner of Lot 9 said Block 3; thence west
20 feet more or less to the point of beginning.

be and the same is hereby vacated, and the property lying in said portion of a
certain alley right-of-way described hereinabove, shall be returned and belong
to the abutting property owners, of said portion of a certain alley right-of-way
located on that portion of land designated as a public alley running between "C"
and "D" Street N.W., north of West Main Street, lying within the corporate limits
of the City of Auburn."

Section 3. Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in
the office of the King County Auditor.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3639 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, REPEALING SECTION 1 OF AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3752 (PASSED
DECEMBER 1, 1980), AND CREATING A NEW SECTION 1 TLLERREOF, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING
FOR THE VACATION OF ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY, SITUATED ON THAT PORTION OF LAND DESIGNATED
AS A PUBLIC ALLEY RUNNING BEIWEIN "C" AND "D" STREET N.W, NORTH OF WEST MAIN
STREET, AND SITUATED WITHIN THE OORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3639 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 1st day of
Jame A.D., 1981
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3639 was published as provided
by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the City of
Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 7th day of June
A.D.. 19 81 .
