AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, CREATING A NEW SUB SECTION TO
AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 10.12.110 RELATING TO INCREASES AND
DECREASES ON ARTERIALS AND AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE
10.12.120 RELATING TO INCREASES AND DECREASES ON STATE HIGHWAYS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is herewith created a new sub section to Auburn
Codified City Ordinance 10.12.110 relating to increases and decreases on
arterials, and which shall read as follows:
"52nd Street Northeast, from its intersection with
Auburn Way North, east to its terminus ................ 35 mph
at all times."
Section 2. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.12.120 relating to
increases and decreases on state highways, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Auburn Way South (Sign Route 164), from a point eight
hundred feet southeasterly of a permanent (at ground
level) marker on the north shoulder of the roadway,
which is the easterly P.C. of the first horizontal
curve east of Hemlock Street Southeast, easterly to
the south city limits ................................

at all times."
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3650 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, CREATING A NEW SUB SECTION TO AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 10.12.110
RELATING TO INCREASES AND DECREASES ON ARTERIALS AND AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED
CITY ORDINANCE 10.12.120 RELATING TO INCREASES AND DECREASES ON STATE HIGHWAYS."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3650 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 15th day of
June A.D., 1981
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3650 was published as provided
by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the City of
Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 26th day of June
A.D., 19 81
