AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE
NO. 3654 (PASSED JULY 6, 1981) BY ADDING TWO NEW SECTIONS THERETO, WHICH
ADOPTS SECTION 10.207 (SUB SECTIONS A THROUGH E) OF THE 1979 UNIFORM
FIRE CODE REQUIRING ACCESS ROADWAYS FOR FIRE APPARATUS AND PROHIBITING
UNAUTHORIZED SIGNING OF UNAUTHORIZED FIRE ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is herewith added to Auburn City Ordinance No. 3654,
passed July 6, 1981, (establishing fire zones) the following sections which
shall read as follows, to-wit:
"Section 2. Section 10.207 (Sub Sections A through E)
of the 1979 Uniform Fire Code requiring access roadways
for fire apparatus, is herewith adopted by reference."
"Section 3. It shall be a violation of this Ordinance
for any person, firm or individual to sign or to attempt
to designate an unauthorized fire zone."
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of ordinance No. 3662 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3654 (PASSED JULY
6, 1981) BY ADDING TWO NEW SECTIONS THERETO, WHICH ADOPTS SECTION 10.207
(SUB SECTIONS A THROUGH E) of the 1979 UNIFORM FIRE CODE REQUIRING ACCESS
ROADWAYS FOR FIRE APPARATUS AND PROHIBITING UNAUTHORIZED SIGNING OF UN

I certify that said ordinance No. 3662 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the __3__day of

by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the City of
