ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 6 5
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE
COMPREHENSIVE SEWERAGE PLAN FOR THE SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is herewith adopted by reference the "Comprehensive
Sewerage Plan for the Sewage Collection System" for the City of Auburn,
Washington. Under the provisions of R.C.W. 35A.12.140 this Ordinance shall
be published as required by law, but the aforementioned Comprehensive Sewerage
Plan adopted by reference need not be published but shall be authenticated
and recorded by the Auburn City Clerk and not less than three (3) copies of
said Plan in the form in which it was adopted shall forthwith be filed in
the office of the Auburn City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
Section 2. If any provision of this Ordinance or the Comprehensive
Sewerage Plan adopted by reference herein or its application to any person
or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Ordinance or the application
of the provisions to other persons or circumstances of said Plan is not affected.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

AN ORDINANCE approving the Comprehensive Sewerage
Plan for the Sewage Collection System for the City
of Auburn.
PREAMBLE:
.On August 3, 1981, the City of Auburn passed Ordinance
No, 3665, and adopted its Sewerage Comprehensive Plan
kor-the-Sewage Collection System, dated 1979.
On July 17, 1981, the City of Auburn filed a Final
Declaration of Non-Significance for the approval of
the Sewerage Comprehensive Plan for the Sewage
Collection System.
On November 4,-1981, the proposed Comprehensive Sewerage
Plan was submitted for review by the Utilities Technical
Review Committee, as required by.KCC Chapter 13.24. On
November 12, 1981, the Committee recommended that it be
approved by the Council.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. The City of Auburn's Sewerage Comprehensive Plan
for the Sewage Collection System, dated 1979 (attached) is hereby
approved.
