AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE 18.24.060, RELATING TO MOBILE HOME SITE WIDTHS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 18.24.060, relating to
Mobile `come site widths, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Each mobile home site shall have a minimum width,
measured at right angles to the side lines, which shall
accommodate individual mobile homes as follows:
Type of Unit Minimum Site Width
Single (twelve feet wide) 38 Feet
Single (fourteen feet wide) 40 Feet
Double (twelve feet wide) 50 Feet
Double (fourteen feet wide) 54 Feet
Triple ((er-deuble-{twenty-e4gkt-feet-w4de3) 62 Feet
When abutting a public street, increase the site
width by ten feet".
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
