AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3374 (PASSED FEBRUARY 20, 1979)
RELATING TO THE REZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND ZONED UNCLASSIFIED
TO R-2 WITH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section-1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 3374, passed February
20, 1979, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That an R-2 (Single Family) with a Conditional Use Permit

be granted for'the purpose of constructing ((294)) 210 unit single family
residential complex on a parcel of land 42.2 acres in size lying north of
40th Street N.E. between "I" Street N.E. and the Green River, within the
City of Auburn, and legally described as follows:

in accordance with the plot plans and exterior elevations for said develop-
ment submitted with the request for an R-2 with a Conditional Use Permit,
a copy of which is attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "A" and by this
reference made a part hereof as though set forth in full herein."
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided
by law.
