AN ORDIfdANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ADDING A NEW SUB SECTION TO AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE CHAPTER 3.04 RELATING TO FUNDS..
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is herewith created a new sub section to Auburn
Codified City Ordinance chapter 3.04 relating to funds and which shall
read as follows:
"3.04.125 Cemetery change fund - Establishment. The Auburn finance director is authorized to establish,
for the benefit and use of the Auburn cemetery department,
a change fund in the sum of fifty dollars to be used for the
purpose of makin9 change for cemetery patrons."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
