AN ORDINANCE OFt.THE CITY OF'AUBURN,'IJASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AUBURN
CITY ORDINAWCE.NO. 3641" (PASSED'~JUNE-15; 1981) AND THE TITLE HEREOF,
RELATING TO THE REZONING AF,A PARCEL OF LAND 8.35 ACRES IN SIZE LYING
BETWEEN 17TH AND 21ST7S:E:;1IN::THE 400 BLOCK, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN,'
' WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION THEREOF FROM R-2 ((T9-P9-2))
AND.M=2 T0'.R-4.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN A5 FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 3641, passed June 15,
1981, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That the fo.llowing described property located on a parcel of

land 8.35 acres in size lying between 17th and 21'st St. S.E. in the 400 Block,
. situate in the City of Auburn, County of.King, State of Washington, be and the
same is hereby rezoned from R=2 (Single Family) ((te-P4-27Heavy-1pdd5tr4a1))
and M-2 (Heavy Industr.ial to R=4 (Multi-Family)", to=wit:
E 132.19 ft of N z of G.L. 3 and W z Less N 200 ft of NW a of NE ;
of SW ; and 41 z Less E 135 ft of SW ; of NE ; of SW a Less
Streets situated in Section 19, Twp 21 N, R5 EWM City of Auburn,.
County of King, State of Washington.
Section 2. That the amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City of Auburn; Washington, encompassing this zoning.use classification change,
which amendment is designated as Exhibit "A" hereof,,be and the same is hereby .
approved.
Section 3. That the Planning Director for the City of Auburn, Washington,
is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with
the King County Auditor.
