ORDTNANCE 10.12:120, RELATING TO INCREASES AND DECREASES IN SPEED
LIMITS ON STATE HIGHWAYS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF
AUBURN; WASHINGTOM. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: . .
. Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.12.120 relating to
inceases and decreases in speed limits on state highways, is here6y amended
. to read as follows: .
"Auburn Way South (Sign Route 164), from a point eight
• hundred feet southeasterly of a permanent (at ground
level) marker on the north shoulder of the roadway, . which is the easterly P.C. of the first horizontal

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and.after,its,passage, approval:and publication, as provided by law
