AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AIJBURPJ, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED
CITY ORDINANCE 10.12.110 ITEM N0. 3 RELATING TO SPEED LIMIT
IPICREASES AND DECREASES ON ARTERIALS. , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS: ,
' Section 1. Au6urn Codified City Ordinance 10.12.110 item No. 3,
relating to speed limit increases and decreases on arterials, is hereby
amended to read,as follows:
"10.12.110 (3) Increases and decreases on arterials.
3th Street Northeest, from its intersection with Harvey
Road easterly to tfie east city limits ((35-fflph

. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be iri force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval andpublicatiori, as provided by
law.
