AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF .
: SKYLARK ADDITION DIVISION N0. 1 TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
ON FILE'41ITH THE CLERK OF TI1E CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT.Y OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS fOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of Skylark Addition Div'ision No. 1 located on the
south side of 29th Street S.E. in the 600-700 blocks to the City of Auburn,
which p]at is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which
plat is of the following described property; to-wit:• Parcel "A"•
Lot 3 of City of,Auburn Short Plat No. SP-13-76 recorded under King .
• County Recording Number 7812050719, being a correction of said short
' plat recorded under Recording Numbers 7608130588 and 7807110287;
said short plat being described as follows:
The SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec.30, Twp 21 N, R.5 EWM in King County,
Wash.; Less the N 30 feet for,road.
Parcel "B"., The N 160 ft of the W"1/2 of the W 1/2 of the E 112 of the NE 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 lyg N of Willis Road, in Sec 30, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM, in
King County, Wash.; being known as Lot 1•of City of Auburn Short Plat
Number SP-14-78 Revision recorded under Recording Number 8009290574.
Section 2. That the Mayor and Cit,y Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are"hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance. _ •
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and,publication; as provided by law.
