DISSOLVING,CERTAIfJ CITY FUNDS HEREIPJAFTER SET fORTH EfFECTIVE :
JANUARY 1,,1982, AND TRANSFERRING THE.410NIES THEREIN TO THE
CITY OF AUBURN CURRENT.EXPE"aSE,FUND WITH THE,EXCEPTION OF THE •
' MONIES REMAINIPJG IN THE GOLF COURSE CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND
WHICH WILL BE TRAPISFERRED'TO FUND N0. 217 fROM THE 1973 GENERAL
OBLIGATION REFUNDING BOND.
THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHIPlGTON, DO ORDAIN
, AS FOLLOWS:' , . . Section 1: Effective January 1,'1982, the.following funds hereinafter
set forth will be dissolved'and the funds remaining therein will be established
as reserve accounts within tlie Current Expense Fund, to-wit:
Fire Department Cumulative Reserve Fund (Ordiriance 3:04.200);
Genera7.Cumulative Reserve Fund (Ordinance 3.04.220),
Library, Memorial and Gift Cumulative Reserve Fund (Ordinance
3.04:3000; and , •
Library Fund No. 103., \
Section 2. Effective January 1, 1982,'the Gol.f'Course Cumulative Reserve
Fund (Ordinance 3.04.240) will be dissolved and the funda remaining.therein will
