AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
- VALLEY BUSINESS PARK TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE
WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY Of AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of Valley Business Park located at the on a parcel
of land 16.93 acres iri size located on the east side of "B" Street N.W. bet-
ween.37th Street N.W. and South 285th Street to the City of Auburn, which plat
is on file with the.City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is of the
following descr.ibed property; to-wit:
Tract 15, White'River Valley Home Tracts, Sec 36, Twp 22 N, R 4 EWM
Less E 475 ft thof; togw: Blk "A", Town of Christopher, accdg to plat
recorded in Vo1 7 of Plats, pg 30, King County, WA Less E 475 ft thof
lyg N of 37th N.W. in Auburn, WA also known as Lot 1 of Auburn Short
Plat No. SP-27-78 as recorded under King County Auditors File No. ,
78101905ll.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby'authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
' face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
