, 5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 5.36.010 is hereby amended to
7 read as fol]ows: g . "5.36.010 License - Required.
g 'Before;any:show, exhitii.tion,.or other public amusement or lawful game
10 -or vocation hereinafter named is given, he9d, exercised or carried on

13 or other public amusement or lawful game within the city shall pay
14 the special tax hereinafter mentioned to, and shall procure a

16 : `to.•the approval'of the Chief of Police, authorizing and permitting
17 such,person, firm or corporat:ion to give, hold, exercise and carry on
18, such show, exhibition or other public amusement or lawful game or
19 . vocation within:such city limits during the time or term specified in
20 such license, which special tax is levied and shall be collected as
21 hereinafter proy.ided."
' 22 Section.2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such 23 administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of
24 this legislation. . .
