5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
6 FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1. Effective January 1, 1982, the following ordinances pertaining
8 to the City of Auburn Community Center Cumulative Reserve Fund are herewith
9 repealed, to-wit: .
10 3.04.130 (Establishment); 3.04.140 (Funding and Use);
11 ' 3.04.150 (Community Center Defined); 3.04.160 (Development
12 Services Paymerits); and 3.04.170 (Expenditures).
13 Section 2: The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
14 procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this legislation.
15 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
16 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law and
17 effective January 1", 1982.
