AN ORDINANCE~OF TFIE,CIT`( OFAUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
3 A PARCEL OF LAND 9,500 SQ. FT. IN SIZE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF AUBURN
WAY NORTH IN THE 4200,BLOCK AKA 4212 AUBURN WAY NORTH, WITHIN THE CITY OF
4 AUBURN, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION THEREOF FROM
UNCLASSIFIED TO'C-3. ~ '

6 WHEREAS, a petition`has been submitted to the Council of the City of .
7 Auburn, Washington, by.DONALD W. EDWARDS, requesting the rezoning of the.real
8 property hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, which petition
9 was dated February 10, 1982; and
10 WHEREAS, said request above referred to, was referred to the,Planning
11 Commission tiy the Auburn City Council for study and public hearing thereon;
12 and 13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a putilic hearing to consider said
14 petition in the Council Cfiambers of the Auburn City Hall, on March 2, 1982, at
15 7;30 P.M., at.the conclusion of which the Planning Corroniss'ion recommended the
16 approval of the rezoning of the said property; and
17 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn, held a public hearing
18 in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on April 5,
19 .1982, at whicfi time the City Council concurred with the recommendations of the
20 Planning Coimnission as hereinabove.stated.
21 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
22 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

, Section 1. That the following described property located on a parcel of
24 land 9,500 sq. ft. in size located on the east side of Auburn Way North in the
25 4200.block AKA 4212 Auburn Way North, situate in the City of Auburn, County of
26 King, State of Washington, be and the same is hereby rezoned from Unclassified

to C-3 (Heavy Corrunercial) to-wit:
