g WHEREAS, the Auburn City'Council at their regular meeting of December 1,
7 1980, passed Auburn City-Ordinance No. 3562,.relating to Loca1 Improvement
8 Districts; establishing consolidated.Loca1 Improvement District No. 295 et al
9 and consolidated Improvement Fund to be known as,"CLID No. 295 et al. Escrow
10 Fund", and ,
11 WHEREAS, iL"isnow necessary to change that special fund from "CLID No. 295
12 et..al.. Escrow Fund" to "CLID No. 295 et al.'Escrow Account" wherever it
13 appears in said Autiurn City Ordinance`No. 3562. , •

19 Auburn City Ordinance No. 3562. ~
20 Section 2. The, Mayor is hereby authorized to.implement such administra-
21 :tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out,the directions of this
