U H I CC w v~ CD n= 8 O LAJ x y a dept t'U The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of public roadway widening, traffic signalization, utilities, sidewalks and related work on adjacent property, said temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the City of Auburn or on January 1, 1997, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: The North 5.0 feet of the East 380 feet 'of the 'folt6wing~described property: ' , A portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows: The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter; EXCEPT the South 10 acres; and EXCEPT that portion described as follows: Beginning at a point where the West line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter intersects the center line of South 277th Street; thence South 741.45 feet to the North line of said 10 acre tract; thence East 117.50 feet; thence North 741.45 feet, more or less, to the center line of said South 277th Street; thence West 117.50 feet along the center line of said street to the point of beginning; and EXCEPT the East 1280.7 feet of that portion of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter lying North of said South 277th Street; and EXCEPT the East 30 feet thereof for 68th Avenue South. -EXCISE TAX NOT REQUIRED Who CO.
