CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT CITY OF AUBURN
(INDIVIDUAL) CITY CLERKS OFFICE
THIS AGREEMENT, made this Z-2 ,vim day of November , 19 9 5 , between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed
"Grantee", and Michael Carpinito and Patsy J. Carpinito, husband and wife, and Daniel J.
Carpinito and Carol A. Carpinito, husband and wife, "Grantor".

WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or
easement to be used only during construction of public roadway widening, sidewalks, utilities, traffic
signalization and related work on adjacent property, said temporary easement shall terminate upon
completion and acceptance from the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, or on January 1, 1997,
whichever come first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the
following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
That portion of the John M. Thomas Donation Claim No. 42, being in Section 36, Township 22
North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying South of a line 45 feet North of as measured perpendicular to,
the centerline of South 277th Street and lying West of State Route 167;
ALSO EXCEPT any portion lying within South 277th Street.

Contains 2,935 Square Feet of land, more or less
