For and in consideration of :bDI VL^~ and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and for benefits to be derived by the Grantor herein,
Grantor, N't/, 12~aEi<uc , hereby conveys and warrants
to the CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington,
its successors and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement under, over,
through and across the follow Iig described land or the purp/s,,o~laying,
maintaining, and installing L,C ~X,~(.t
AND APPURTENANCES THEREOF, said land being de cribed as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART
HEREOF.
Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary,
to enter upon said easement for the purpose of maintenance, construction,
repair or reconstruction of the above improvements without incurring any
legal obligation of liability therefor.
Said Grantee shall have the absolute right to place any type of driving
surface within said easement deemed necessary by the Grantee.

said Grantor shall not in any way block, restrict or impede access and
egress to or from said easement and/or in any way block, restrict or impede
full use of the land within the above described easement by said Grantee.
Said Grantor may fence across said easement and/or along the boundaries of
said easement provided,that a gate is constructed in said fence. Said gate
shall be of sufficient length and location to allow the Grantee full use
of, and access-and egress to and from the land within the above described
easement. If said gate is to be locked, keys shall be provided to the
Grantee.
Said Grantor shall not construct any permanent structures within a distance
of TEN FEET from the boundary of said easement and/or any permanent
structures which would limit the overhead clearance to less than FOURTEEN
FEET.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto.

Sanitary Sewer and Waterline Easements
West Valley Corporate Park
December 28, 1990
Sanitary Sewer Easements :
Two easements for-sanitary sewers being in Lot 3 of City of Auburn
Lot Line Adjustment.No. LLA-0007-90, being in the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 1, Township 21 North,
Range 4 East, City of Auburn, King County, Washington, said
easements being more particularly described as follows :
A sanitary sewer easement thirty (30) feet in width, being
the westerly thirty (30) feet of the aforementioned Lot 3 of
City of Auburn Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA-0007-90, and
ALSO;
A sanitary sewer easement fifteen (15) feet in width, being
7.5 feet on each side of the following described centerline
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the aforementioned Lot
3 of City of Auburn Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA-0007-90,
said point also being the intersection of the Easterly margin
of West Valley Highway and the North line of said Lot 3;
0 THENCE S0104614611W along said Easterly margin 23.66 feet to
N. the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S89°15'59"E a distance
of 168.38 feet to the terminus of the herein described
ON easement, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the westerly thirty (30) feet
of the aforementioned Lot 3 of City of Auburn Lot Line
Adjustment No. LLA-0007-90.
Waterline Easement :
An easement for waterlines being in Lot 3 of City of Auburn Lot
Line Adjustment No. LLA-0007-90, being in the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 1, Township 21 North, Range 4
East, City of Auburn, King County, Washington, said easement being
fifteen (15) feet in width, and being 7.5 feet on each side of the
following described centerline
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the aforementioned Lot 3 of
City of Auburn Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA-0007-90, said point
also being the intersection of the Easterly margin of West Valley
Highway and the North line of said Lot 3; THENCE S0104614611W
along said Easterly margin 32.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; THENCE S8801411911E a distance of 13.02 feet; THENCE
801045141"W a distance of 15.00 feet; THENCE N0104514111E a
distance of 15.00 feet; THENCE S8801411911E a distance of 287.26
feet; THENCE N0104514111E a distance of 10.66 feet; THENCE

feet to the terminus of the herein described easement, said
