' THIS AGREEMENT made this 4th day of September , 19 f by and 11
between CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation in King County, Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee," and Clark Boat Company, a Washington
Corporation, hereinafter termed "Grantor":

1Z WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents
grant unto the Grantee a perpetual right-of-way or easement for a storm drain
0 force main pipeline with the necessary appurtenances through, over and across
co that certain real property described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein as fully set forth.
Said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any suit
or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary to enter upon said
easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or
reconstructing said storm drain force main pipeline, or making any connections
therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefor,
providing that such shall be accomplished in a manner that existing private
improvements shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they
are disturbed or destroyed, that they will be replaced in as good a condition
as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement if
such use does not interfere with installation or maintenance of the storm
drain force main pipeline. However, the Grantor shall not erect buildings
or structures on the easement.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of both parties hereto. At
the time of construction of the P-7 drainage channel, this instrument
shall become null and void.
Lot 2 of Auburn Short Plat No. 27-78 as recorded under King County Auditor's
File Na. AUB-7810190517 in+leuttorn •36, Township 22 North; Range 4 East;
Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington, will have the right to use the
storm drainage detention system located within the Puget Sound Business Park.

the following described line:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Tract 31;
thence South 1058'00" West along the West line of said
True Point of Beginning of said line:

the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King (ounty, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and The City of Auburn
IC.J. Hauge and Shirley Hauae "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of--way or easement to be used only during construction of a
highway Improvement on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate on October 1. 1980
by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:
