E A S E M E N T
, do hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
a waterline and appurtenances
said land being described as:
That portion of Lot 8 of SAM s
recorded in Volume 124 of plats on pages 74 through 76 records
of King County, Washington, lying 7.50 feet to both sides of the
following described centerline:
Commencing at the southerly most southwest corner of said
Lot 8 thence N 89053'58" E, along the south line of said lot, a
distance of 15.00 feet, to the True Point of Beginning of said
centerline; Thence N 00006'02" W a distance of 20.00 feet; Thence
northwesterly to a point on the west line of said lot from. which
the northerly most southwest corner of said lot bears S 00006102" E
35.00 feet, said point being the terminus of said centerline.
