grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over and
across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and

' Beginning at the intersection of the West marginal line of State Road No. 5
with the North line of said Donation Claim; thence South along the West marginal
line of State Road No. 5 850.00 feet; thence West at right angle 10.00 feet;
thence North parallel to and 10.00 feet West of State Road No. 5 to the inter-
section with the North line of aforesaid Donation Claim; thence East along said
North line to the point of beginning. LESS the North 200.00 feet together with
a 15.00 foot wide temporary construction easement abutting the West line of
aforesaid permanent easement, said temporary easement shall terminate upon
acceptance of the sewer by the City of Auburn.

CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and, City of Auburn
William A. Nash and Maria: Nas H W Grantor .
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
highway Iml)rovement on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate on octob!zr 1 1980
by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington$
more particularly described as followst
That portion of the W. A. Cox Donation Land Claim in GSection 311, Township_22 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., described as follows:'
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said claim; thence North 453.88 feet to the
