That portion of the East 112 of the Donation Land Claim of William A. Cox
and his wife, Elizabeth Cox, designated as Claim No. 28, being part of
Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the W.A. Cox Donation Claim in
co) Section 31; running thence West along the South line of said claim, 754
R0 feet to the Wes erly boundry of county road; thence along said Westerly
boundry North 8 12100" West 219.59 feet North 30°26'00" West 94.8 feet

records of said county; EXCEPT that portion conveyed to the State of
Washington for Primary State Highway No. 5, deed recorded August 19, 1947,
