TORGERSON, hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement under, over, through and across the following described land for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing PUBLIC UTILITIES, said land being described as follows: THE SOUTH 10.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL OF LAND: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WILLIAM A.
