Fred and Rita Poe , do hereby
grant and convey to The City of Auburn an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose.of laying, maintaining, and installing
a 8" diameter water line
said land being described as:
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width the centerline of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 4 Valley Business
Park as recorded in King County, Washington Recording No.
811230048; thence N 00 04'07" E 45.00' to the true point 'of
beginning; thence S 89°53'58" W 220.50 feet to a point and
the terminus of this centerline description.
