Recording No. 7812200450, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the above-described Lot No. 4; th easterly
along the north boundary of said Lot No. 4 a distance of 15.00 feet; th south-
westerly to a point on the west boundary of said Lot No. 4; th northerly along
said west boundary of Lot No. 4 a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
