me0er and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for cuts
and fills, as may be required in the construction of
West Valley Highway North
said land being described as:
THAT PORTION OF LOT NO. 1 AND LOT NO. 2 OF CITY OF AUBURN SHORT PLAT NO.
SP-32-79 REVISION, RECORDING NO. 8003130699 RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
LYING WEST OF THE WEST MARGIN OF THE WEST VALLEY HIGHWAY AKA S.S.H. NO. 5-M, AKA
68TH AVENUE SOUTH DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A 20.00 FT STRIP OF LAND THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF WHICH ABUTS AND ADJOINS THE
WESTERLY MARGIN OF SAID WEST VALLEY HIGHWAY.
THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID STRIP OF LAND ABUTTING AND ADJOINING THE WEST
BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT NO. 2. THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID STRIP OF LAND
ABUTTING AND ADJOINING THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT NO. 1.
SITUATE IN THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER 6r -'SECTION 1
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M.
THIS SLOPE EASEMENT SHALL TERMINATE WHEN THE ABUTTING PRIVATE PROPERTY IS FILLED
TO.MATCH THE EXISTING WEST VALLEY HIGHWAY GRADES.

Said Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or
L proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for
the purpose of constructing roadway improvements without incurring any legal
obligation or liability therefor; provided that such construction shall be
accomplished in such a manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed
or destroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be
replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was
entered upon by the Grantee.
This Easement shall be a covenant.running with
