over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing

A 15 foot wide strip over a portion of Parcel 'A' (legal description,
_ W _ attached), the centerline, as measured 7.50 feet to each side being described:
as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Parcel 'A', thence S 12045'23" W,
along the easterly margin of West Valley Highway a distance of 43.59 .
feet; Thence continuing along said margin on a curve to the left with a radius of
1874.00 feet, a central algle of 00027'40" and an arc length of 15.08 feet,
to the True. Point of Beginning of said centerline; Thence S 88039'29" E,
along said centerline, a distance of 80.00 feet, to the terminus of said
centerlin.e.
Together with a 15 foot wide strip, the centerline, as measured 7.50
feet to each side, being described as follows:
Commencing at the southerly most SE corner of said Parcel 'A', thence
N 86009'02". W, along the north margin of 26th. St. NW, a distance of 220.00
feet, to the True Point of Beginning of said centerline; Thence N 09024' 17" E
along said centerline, a distance of 270 feet to the terminus of said centerline.
