grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
12" Water Main.
All that part of Government Lot S, CSection 1~ Township 21 North, Range 4 Fast,
W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 440 feet west of.and 30 feet, more or less, north of the
southeast corner of said Government Lot 5, which point of beginning is.on the
north marginal line of the present county road, extending in an easterly and
westerly direction along the south line of Lot 5; running thence a distance
of 345 feet; thence west a distance of 160 feet; thence south a distance of
345 feet 'to the county road; thence east a distance of 160 feet to a point of
beginning;
Being designated as Tract T'FT', Block 4, Christopher Garden Tracts, according.
to the plat thereof recorded In Volume 23 of plats, page 6, in King County,
Washington.
Affected Area:
Westerly 12.5 feet of the property herein described.
