RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, is the successor municipal cor-
poration to King County, Washington, Water District No. 80; and
WHEREAS, FRED J. SCHNIDER has requested conveyance to him of the
hereafter.described easement which was previously owned by King County,
Washington, District.No. 80; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington, has found
that said hereafter described easement is of no value or use to the citizens
of the City of Auburn and has declared the same surplus.
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF MUTUAL BENEFITS ACQUIRED BY THE
PARTIES HERETO, the waterline easement across the following described property
is herewith conveyed to Fred J. Schnider, to-wit:
-Government Lot 7, less the east 34.98 feet, in'Section 1; and
Government Lot 1, in~Section 12, all in.TWP 21 N, Range 4 E; W.M.,
EXCEPT railroad right-of-way and the county road.
All.sa.id real property being located in King County, Washington.
