Brannan Donation Land Claim No. 37, in Section six (6) Township twenty one (21) North Range five (5) East of the xilliamette Meridian, and particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point which is thirty (30) fret east ant: south 00 59' east nine hundred and fi ty nine and one hundredths (959.1) feet of the north- west corner of said Willism H. Also the right to the grsntoo, its successors and assigns, at all times to out all brush and timber, and trim all tress standing or growing upon said land which in the opinion of the grantee, Co - otitue a astaaoo or danger to said line. , The grantor, his hairs, or assigns, Covenants and agrees that he will not do any bloating or die- charge any explosives within a distance of three hundred (300) feet of said line without giving reason- able notice in writing to the grantee,. its suC•ossacra or aaeigna, of intention so to do.
