and Puget Bound Power a Light Company, a Massachusetts corporation, hereinafter called the grantee,

single line or poles, with noooasery braoos, guys and anohors, and to place upon or suspend from such ;

situated in the County of King, 8tato of Washington, to--wit:

That certain treat of land, sittated in and being a part of the William H. Brannan Donation Land
Claim No. 37, in Section six (6) Township twenty one (21) North Range five (5) East of the xilliamette
Meridian, and particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point which is thirty (30)
fret east ant: south 00 59' east nine hundred and fi ty nine and one hundredths (959.1) feet of the north-
west corner of said Willism H. Brannan Donation Land Claim No. 37, running thence north 890 191 east

twenty one hundrou and sixty five and 2 tenths (2185.2) feet to the west be.nk of/ WhitsRiser,thenoe
alone the bank of said river south 60 28' oast ninety (90) foot to a point; thence south 120 25' east ,
two hundred ninety eight and nano-Months (298.9) to a point; thence south 890 19' west twenty two hund4od
and thirty five ant. three-tenths (2235.3) feet to the east marginal line of the Pacific Highway, thenoa
north 00 59' west three hundred and soventy nine and nine-tenths (379.9) foot to the point and place
of beginning, containing nineteen and ono tenth (19.1) acres, situated in King County, %ehington.
The Center line of said transamission and distribution line to be located as fb llows:
As now stsked out and located in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction along a certain priva a
road extending morose esid property from the south boundary line thereof.
Together with the right at all times to the grantee, its suCCosaora and assigns, of ingress to and h
egreso from amid lands a.Croos adjacent lands of the grantor for the purpose of constructing, reconatru -
tin, ropoirirng, renowing,, altering, changing, patrolling and operating said line, and the right at any
time to remove said poles, wires and appurtenances from said lands.
Also the right to the grsntoo, its successors and assigns, at all times to out all brush and
timber, and trim all tress standing or growing upon said land which in the opinion of the grantee, Co -
otitue a astaaoo or danger to said line. ,
The grantor, his hairs, or assigns, Covenants and agrees that he will not do any bloating or die-
charge any explosives within a distance of three hundred (300) feet of said line without giving reason-
able notice in writing to the grantee,. its suC•ossacra or aaeigna, of intention so to do.
The rights, title, privileges and authority hereby granted shall continue and be in force until
such time as the grantee, its successors or assigns, shall penaanently remove said poles, wires and ap
pu.rtma.ncos from said lands, or shall otherwise permanently abandon said line. at which time all such
