Sell, Convey and warrant to City of Auburn, a,:rmunicipal corporation, all
its right, title and interest in that certain easement made August 10,1909,

Receiving Number , covering the following described property,
easement
which/eras assigned to King County, Washington, Water District No.80 'toy
Farmers Water Company under Assignment dated August 25, 1948, and recorded
in Volume 2775, page 209, of Deeds, Records of King County, lJashington,
under date August 27, 1948, Receiving Number 3832556, to-wit:
Beginning at a point'660 feet, more or less, south of Section 6,
Township 21 North, Range 5 E.W.14, thence running south to the City Limits
of the Town of Auburn;
Beginning at a point 660 feet, more or less, south of Section 6,
Township 21 North, Range 5 E.W.M., thence running north to the City Limits
of the Town of Thomas;
Also along Road No. 267 in Section 6, Township 21 North, Range 5
Also along the-"Green River Road'! No. 182 and Road No. 298 in
Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5.UT.M.;
Also through any or all of the streets and alleys in 48I.1aplewood
Addition to the Town of Auburn" and also through any or all of the street,,,-
or alleys upon the plat of Truitt's First and Second Additions to the Tocm
of Auburn;
ALL lying and being within the limits of King County, Washington,
TOGETHER WITH all rights or prescription and other rights which it may have
