his wife (donors) do hereby give and grant unto

(donees) a permanent non-exclusive easement for the installa-
tion,. use.; repair and maintenance of an eight inch sanitary
sewer line and an eight inch water pipe line over the north
of, the West 255 feet

Washington, to-wit:
That portion of the Harvey H. Jones Donation Land Claim No.
39 in Sec 6, Twp. 21 North, Range 5 East of W.M. described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said donation land claim,
thEnC:e north ^090 06' east 989.35 feet, thence north Oo 55' 30"
west 30 feet to true point of beginning; thence north 00 55' 30"
west 500 feet; thence south 890 06' west 497.66 feet; thence
south 00 53' 30" east 500 feet; thence east to the true point
of beginning;
Said pipe line and sewer line shall be placed as near
the northly side of.said 20 foot strip as practical, and the
surface of the soil shall be restored to its then condition
when the lines are installed or repaired.
The said pipe lines shall be installed at the.expense
of the donees of this easement, and shall be constructed to
spedifications of the City of Auburn. Donees of.this ease-
ment will assign and transfer title to the pipe lines to the
City of Auburn when completed, and donors, their heirs,
successors.; and assigns of the property above described
shall have the right to connect to said pipe lines without
cost, at any time. The easement hereby created shall be
appurtenant to the title to the lands of the donees lying

north of said.20 foot strip of land, and shall-be in effect
so long as said pipe lines are used.
Donors, their heirs, successors, and assigns, reserve
the right to use the land in any manner not inconsistent with
the easement above granted, including the right to dedicate
said.strip of land to the City of Auburn for street purposes.
