land across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
said land being described as:
Water line easement
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the`'. Brannan Donation
Land Claim #37 located in Section 6, Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
W.M.,.King County, Washington; thence N 88050'55" E a distance of
30.00 feet, thence S 1002'35" E a distance of 414.12 feet to the
true point of beginning, (said poing being the center of a 15.00,foot
wide easement for a waterline, with said easement being 7.50 feet
each side of a =1ine "to w. thence N 88057' 25" .E a distance of 14.50
feet, thence N 39021'55" E a distance of 198.05 feet, thence
N 88055'30" E a distance of 95.60 feet, thence S 1002°135" E aldistance
of 464.03 feet to the terminus of said line.
