and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a 6° side sewe,
said land being described as:
The North 15 feet of the West 100 feet of the following described property:
Lot 55 less the East 120 feet thereof and Lot 56 less the East 120 feet of
the South 35 feet thereof and.all of Lots 57 and 58, Block 1, Maplewood
Addition to the City of Auburn, according to plat recorded in Volume 17 of
Plats, page 98, King County, Washington.
