grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over
and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
8" water line and fire hydrant
said land being described as:
to An ingress-egress and utilities easement over the west 135.00 feet of the south
10.00 feet of Lot 8 and the west 135.00 feet of the north 10.00 feet of Lot 9,
all situated in Block 2 of Maplewood Addition to the City of Auburn as recorded
in Volume 17 of Plats on page 98, records of King County, Washington.
Together with a water line easement over the east 10.00 feet of the west 84.40
feet of the north 10.00 feet of the south 20.00 feet of Lot 8 of said Maplewood
Addition.
