feet to the true point of beginning, said point being marked by
a concrete marker; thence N 0°55'30" W 501,80 feet to the south
line of Bonneville Power Administration easement; thence S 89°
08'45° W along said south line 497.27 feet; thence S 0°5330"
E 502.27 feet; thence N 89°06' E 497.66 feet to the true point
of beginning;
