O an easement over and across, upon and underneath, the following de-
T~ scribed land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of laying,

0 maintaining, and installing a water main and hydrant, said land being
described as:
The North 10 feet of the East 250 feet and the North 25 feet of
the West 10 feet of the East 260 feet of the following:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Harvey H. Jones donation
claim number 39 in<,'Secti_on 16,,aTownship 21 North, Range 5 East,
W.M., in King County, Washington, that is 835 feet north of the
southwest corner of said donation claim;
thence east 431.5 feet on a line parallel with the north line of
30th Street Northeast to the west line of "C" Street Northeast;
thence north on said line 100 feet;
thence west on a line parallel with the north line of 30th Street
Northeast, 431.5 feet to the west line of the Harvey H. Jones
donation claim number 39;
fence south on said line 100 feet to the point of beginning.
