and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a water main
and appurtenances
said land being described as:
The southerly 15 feet of the westerly 160 feet of the following described
property:
That portion of the east 307 feet of the west 1825 feet of the north
127.9 feet of the south 906.84 feet of Harvey H.. Jones Donation Land Claim
#39 in Section T 21 N, R 5 E, W. M. , in King County, Washington,
lying east of the east margin of Primary State Highway #5 as conveyed to
King County by instrument recorded under Auditor's File #755623, records
of King County, Washington.
Except the west 5 feet thereof conveyed to the City of Auburn by
instrument recorded u.nder.Auditor's File #6346600.
