RELEASE OF EASEMENT G a
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of.March, 1983, KinderCare Learning Center, Inc.,
by Vernon Roberts,: Construction Manager,,granted and conveyed to the City of
Auburn, Washington, a municipal corporation, an easement over and across,
upon and underneath the following described land for ingress and egress and
for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing 18 L.F. of 12-inch
storm line; and
WHEREAS, said easement was subsequently recorded of record in the Division
of Records and Elections for King County under Auditor's File No. $304261037;
and
WHEREAS,,the.undersigned, Pat Nevins,, Director of Public Works for the
City of Auburn, Washington, herewith'finds that said above described easement
is no longer needed-by the City of Auburn,'Washington.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED ACTING AS AGENT OF AND ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, HEREWITH:
Releases and conveys back said easement to KinderCare Learning Center,

Inc., pertaining to the following described real property, to-wit:
Located in King County, Washington, the E 15'ft. of the W 34 ft. of the N
25 ft. of Parcel D of Short Plat No. SP-3-78 of the City of Auburn as
recorded June 15, 1978,.under Auditor's File No. 7806150922, being a
correction of instrument recorded under Auditor's File No. 7803060927.
