T 21 N, R 5 E, W. M. , in King County, Washington, more specifically
described as follows:
Beginning at'the NW corner of said Brannon DLC #37, thence
S 00°58'29" E, along the west line of said DLC #37, a distance of 789.09
feet; Thence N 88054'48" E, a distance of 35.00 feet, to the intersection
of the east line of State Hwy #5 (Auburn Way N) and the south line of
28th St. NE, the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing N 88054'48" E,
along said south line, a distance of 5.00 .feet; Thence S 00058'29" E,
parallel to the west line of said DLC #37, a distance of 359.90 feet;
Thence S 88054'48" W, parallel to said south line of 28th St. NE, a
distance of 5.00 feet to the east line of State Hwy #5 (Auburn Way N);
Thence along said east line N 00058'29" W parallel to the west line of
said DLC #37 a distance of 359.90 feet, to the True Point of Beginning.
