over and across, upon and underneath, the following dese-ibed land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing °
awaterline and abpurtenances
said land being described as:
The east 1.5.00 feet of the south.110.00 feet of the following
described parcel:
Thai portion of Harvey H. Jones Donation Land Claim No. 39, in
`~$ection' -'T-21 N, R 5 E, W.M., in King County, Washington, lying
easterly of "E" St. NE as conveyed to the City of Auburn by deed
recorded under King County recording number 6680223, and lying
westerly of State Highway No. 5 as conveyed to the State of
Washington by deed,recorded under King County recording number
5823137; And lying southerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west marginal line of P.S.H. No. 5
(East'Valley Highway) 1452.05 feet south of the north line of the
S 1/2 of-said.Harvey H. Jones Donation Land Claim No. 39, said point
marked by a concrete.monument; Thence S 89008145" W 497.389 feet;
Thence S.00055130" E 601.8 feet to a point 230.0 feet north of the
south line of said Donation Land Claim and the True Point of
Beginning of said line; Thence N 89006' E 505.68 feet to the west
line of P.S.H. No. 5, and.,•the end of said line; Except the south 30
feet thereof for 30th St::.NE; And except that portion thereof lying
easterly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Donation Land Claim,
thence N 00053'30" W 30 feet, to the north marginal line of 30th St.
NE;. Thence N 89006100" E 1159.99 feet to the True Point of Beginning
of said line; Thence N 01059'00" E 200 feet to the end of said line.
