EASEMEV PIDY,
For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantor, THE CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation
of the State of Washington, conveys and warrants to THE PUGET
SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a Corporation of the State of
Washington, ("Grantee" herein) its successors and assigns, a
perpetual nonexclusive easement under, over, through and across
the following described land for the purpose of constructing,
operating, maintaining, repairing and enlarging AN UNDERGROUND
ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION AND/OR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, said land being
described as follows:

PART HEREOF.
Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be

right of access.
Grantee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grantor from any and

which may be caused by the Grantee's exercise of the rights herein
granted; provided, that Grantee shall not be responsible to
Grantor for any injuries and/or damages to any person caused by
acts or omissions of the Grantor.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall
be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties
hereto.
