JONES DONATION CLAIM IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M., IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said temporary easement for the purpose of constructing, installing, maintaining, repairing and monitoring the two (2) ground water monitoring wells without incurring any legal obligation of liability therefor. This temporary easement will expire two (2) years after the date of execution of this Temporary Easement or at such time as the CITY OF AUBURN issues grading or construction permits for the above-described parcel, whichever occurs first. After Grantee's receipt of notice from Grantor that the first of the two above-described events has occurred, Grantee CITY OF AUBURN will, using current standards, decommission the two (2) ground water wells. This temporary easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto for the period of time hereinabove set forth.
