Subdivision.
The North 30 feet of the East 112 of the East 112 of the SW 114 of the SE 1/4,.
AND the South 30 feet of East 112 of the East,112 of the NW114 of the SE 114 of
'Section 5, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian, LESS County Roads,
y situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
THAT SAID GRANTEE sha11 have the right without prior institution of any suit
or proceeding at law, at-times as may be,necesaary, to enter upon said easement
for the purpose of municipal water main maintenance without incurring any legal
obligation or liability therefor; provided that such construction shall be accom-
plished in such a manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed or de-
stroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced
in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered
upon by the GRANTEE.
